- Make outbound telephone calls to prospects
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
- Understand and manage the performance on a daily basis
- Ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting
- Record details of opportunities and lead notes
- Should have excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
- Fluent in English and Tamil
- Good attention to detail
- Computer literate and experience in database navigation
