Job description:

1. The candidate will be responsible for visiting commercial office buildings/ Malls/High Streets & Warehousing/Logistics in Delhi/NCR region to generate property requirements.
2. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through various activities like market survey, calling in offices to know property requirements. 
3. Leasing of Commercial (Office), Retail Spaces & Warehouses.
4. Decent communication skills (verbal and written)
5. Prior Experience in direct sales/Cold calling/Field Job would be preferred.
6. Basic Computer knowledge of MS Office/Word/ Excel.
7. Must have his own conveyance (Two Wheeler)
