About the Company:
- Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Research,Feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis,highest & best use reports, Financial Modeling& concepts.
- Should have evaluated Residential,Commercial, Retail, Industrial, alternate assetclasses (education & health care). Evaluatingnew markets and novel asset classes foradvising to the clients.
- Self-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities. The position will have bothelements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with a support business development
- Execution skills- Report writing Feasibility report, market research report etc., Market surveys, financialmodeling /DCFs, making presentations. Should have fair knowledge on usage of MS office. Maintaindatabase of projects, developers, investors etc,
- Should have logical & analytical thought process for conceptualization & efficient delivery of consultingproject
- Front end client management Handling client queries pertaining to projects & supporting seniorleadership in pitching for business by preparing proposals and at times assisting in meetings etc.
- Should be able to track & understand the real estate market, should have keen interest in Real estate asa career option.
