Job description:

• Understand Business Processes of the client (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Distribution, Logistic etc.)
• Map processes with Microsoft Dynamics ERP
• Identifying gaps between customer's need and our offerings
• Bridging gapes between customer needs and available solutions.
• Interface between customers and technical/development team.
• Implement services at customers site 
• Provide training to End Users
• Provide Post implementation support
• Responsible for customer satisfaction
• Travel within India and abroad
