Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience: 5-10 Years
CTC: 5.50-7.50 Lacs PA
Job description:
1. Act as a coach for the FLS to ensure direction & Support till they move up the learning curve
2. Supervise and train FLS in the completion of day to day sales and sales support activities
3. Direct the team in developing long-term relationships with customers to increase sales which will help in sourcing good referrals from the existing clients. Ensure the team does daily follow up and closure of the leads assigned by the Call center
5. Reviews and analyze sales reports and understand progress of the team
6. Ensure daily updates to the team and handhold the team under PEP.
7.On The Job Training (OJT) to all new recruits of the team and identify training needs to existing team members
8.100% registration and usage of maximizer by the field and daily updates are been made.
9.Ensure all mandatory activities related to rule & regulations of the company are always complied
10. Ensure all are IC-33 Exam certified
