About the Company:
- Will be responsible for setting up the centre including hiring of staff.
- Will ensure protocols are followed and IPSAA rules are complied with respect to Staff, Parents, and Children.
- Ensuring ipsaa core values and philosophy are understood and constantly adhered to, by all team members.
- Has to act as an ultimate point of resolution for parents grievances and complaints.
- Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of Centre allocated.
- Financial Reporting and Review of financial report for the centre including fee collection .
- Best Practices - Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
