Qualification :   B.Com - Commerce

Experience:  1-5 Years

CTC:   As Per Company Standards

Job description:

1. Maintenance of Books of Accounts in Tally & Zoho Books 
2. Accounting of Journal entries 
3. Preparation of Monthly Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet and MIS reports 
4. Payroll processing in Greytip payroll software 
5. Handling employee FFS, employee queries on Salary & taxes and Income Tax Declaration 
6. Issue of Form 16 and Form 16A 
7. Preparation of Payroll MIS reports 
8. Tax Compliance - Statutory remittance and filing of returns under GST and Income tax (TDS) 
9. Labour law compliance 
10. Co -ordinating with Statutory auditors and Labour law auditors for conducting audit 
11. Preparation of Invoices to Clients 
12. Maintenance of FA Register & Fixed Assets Accounting 
13. Reconciliation of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Bank Accounts 
14. Required Qualifications and Competencies: 
15. Should have experience in maintenance of book of accounts 
16. Should be good in usage of Tally
