CTC:   5.00-6.00 Lacs PA

Job description:

1. Preparation of financial statements including finalization of accounts as per Indian GAAP.
2. Liaise with auditors and company secretary for the timely conduct of statutory and tax
3. audits and related filings.
4. Ensure timely completion of statutory filings and payments including TDS, GST and ROC
5. filings if necessary.
6. Review and upgrade companys processes and systems.
7. Bank reconciliation, accounting data entry, liaise with external and internal stakeholders,
8. preparation of budgets and MIS.
9. Dealing with internal and statutory audit related matters.
