Position:     Account Executive

Experience:  2-7 Years

CTC:   1.75-5.00 Lacs PA

Job description:

1. Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information. Capable of Analysis of financial data & Prepare Balance Sheet of the Company.
2. Payment Gateway reconciliations and accounting
3. Deposit tax & file returns online as per compliance calendar
4. Co-ordination with Auditors, Tax consultants etc.
5. Preparing reimbursement of Travel claims
6. Preparing monthly MIS, Accounting Records, Financial Statements/ Reports
7. Ensuring compliance of Company Law and Taxation
8. Proper filing and keeping records of all commercial document
9. Should have experience to handle other states VAT
10. Calculation of TDS and timely payment of TDS. Calculation of Service Tax & Return. Handling Party Account, Bank & Cash entries and reconciliation
11. Party Account reconciliation & Bank reconciliation.
12. Checking & vouching all bills related to various projects, purchases, sales, etc. Any other task assigned by the management
13. Qualifications and Skills
14. Candidate must have proper knowledge of accounts with proficiency in direct and indirect taxes (VAT, EXCISE, CST, TDS, ETC).,Financial Statements, Taxation etc
15. Good team player.
