Job description:

1. Preparing monthly financial statement like Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statement, etc.
2. Day to day book keeping for Canadian based clientele. 
3. Reconciliation of various accounts (Bank, Cash, Vendors, and Customers).
4. Accounting up to finalization of Balance Sheet/Accounts.
5. Invoice booking and payment for vendors & various monthly expenses.
6. Making Tax Payment.
7. Maintaining all receipts, payments, sales & purchase transactions from all branches.
8. Updating day-to-day accounting entries in accounting systems.
9. Preparing Debit/Credit notes and circulating debtors receipts, sales & purchase aging wise report to the management monthly.
10. Updating management with daily bank transactions of all banks.
11. Preparing data for Manager at the time of filing return and balance sheet.
12. Maintenance of Accounts Payable & Receivables, cash management, vendor management, vendor bills accounting & payments, invoicing and follow up of payments.
13. Ensure the company's annual earnings, expenditures and investments are reported with accuracy and completeness.
14. Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
15. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
16. Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
