Job description:

1. Conducts preliminary studies of alternative business solutions
2. Learns and applies basic knowledge in one functional area
3. Assists with larger projects assigned to team
4. May be responsible for a large part of a project
5. General understanding of Internal business processes and systems capabilities
6. Basic knowledge of Knowledge management applications and tools.
7. Basic experience with change management.
8. Local networking skills.
9. Facilitation skills within medium sized groups.
10. Basic project management skills.
