CTC:  3.00 Lacs PA

Job description:

1. To get in touch with businessmen or individuals via the phone to promote products, services.
2. To take orders for goods and services over the phone.
3. To provide pricing details and handle customer questions.
4. Check all receive, sort & deliver emails on daily basis.
5. Responding to incoming email & phone enquiries.
6. Coordination with customer for ordering, dispatch & follow-up for payment.
7. Maintaining & developing relationship with existing customer via telephone or Emails.
8. Negotiating on price, costs & delivery.
9. Make an arrangement for Transport Loading & Unloading of material.
10. Need to take follow-up for payments.
11. Keeping track with the customers for new orders. Satisfying the customer requirement by giving proper guidance & handling customer complaints and solving them by forwarding it to proper departments.
