Job description:

1. Search and Identify decision makers across potential clients within India market for IT/ITES services that we can offer
2. Generate leads based on in-depth market research & competitor analysis for focused verticals
3. Cold Calling, emailing and transacting on leads by sending relevant information. 
4. Set up meetings, ensures the sales personnel is equipped with necessary information. Orient him about subtle nuances captured during lead generation exercise
5. Assist in building sales collateral to orient prospective clients
6. Generate MIS reports & dashboards as per raised request
7. Assist in activation and running of various communication campaigns through Email, Phone & Events
8. Stay abreast of market developments, understand competitor trends, analyze and use the same for targeting potential prospects
9. Persistent follow up with client to build lasting relations
10. Understanding non-verbal and underlying cues of the prospects and aims to maximize on them
11. Create and maintain database for future reference and use
12. Desired Skills: 
13. Strong verbal communication skills
14. Ability to deal with CXO level people in India market
15. Minimum 2 years experience of IT software services services or similar background is mandatory
16. Candidate from below verticals are preferred :
17. IT software (IT Infra/hardware not eligible)
