Job description:

• Adhere to the marketing SOP guidelines
• Assist in execution of the events as per the Marketing calendar
• Coordinate with various vendors (Event Production, Mall Dcor, and Printing) and make sure all requirements of the event(s) are met within the stipulated time frame.
• Assist in implementation of ATL, BTL, TTL, Guerilla marketing campaigns and branding strategies at the mall
• Ensure communication solutions for all events and guest service promotions which includes up-dating mall guides, directory boards and general guest services literature
• Ensure the Gift Card program or any loyalty card programs are smoothly running at the mall
• Oversee the guest helpdesk and collation of the necessary customer feedback
• Ensure revenue generation through ndash Signage space selling, space on hire, branding revenues, co-branding and sponsorship etc.
• Ensure allotted sales target are achieved through cold calling, corporate tie-up, references etc.
• Exploring potential business avenues to penetrate new accounts and expanding existing clientele negotiating and finalizing terms rates.
• Ensure research data is available to enable the management to devise new marketing strategies and attract customers with unique value propositions
• Market intelligence and Competitor analysis.
• Effectively manage relationship with all the vendors / tenants
• Maintain effective relationship with clients and vendors ndash event production, mall decor, printing etc.
• Updating/ maintain events Black Book of the events and customer feedback
• Updating daily / weekly reports on budget Vs sales target achievement
• Maintain / update necessary report, spreadsheets
• Ensure timely updation of the required skills
• Attending relevant forums / seminar for market updates / intelligence
