Job description:

1. To be a kee planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising sales and marketing activities and accelerating the business growth.
2. Building Distribution Network : Build a robust and profitable distribution network of Advisors.
3. Productivity & Activation – To Manage productivity and activization of the Advisors within the team.. To promote productivity of the field force. Establish good working habits for the force, undertake productivity improvement drives, organize specialized training programs.
4. Recruitment of sales agent/Advisor to ensure growth and productivity.
5. To evaluate performance & monitor activities for deeper market penetration and improved market share
6. Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team members to ensure efficiency and meeting of individual & Branch targets.
