Job description:

• Applications are invited from graduate candidates for the post of Accounts Executive
• The candidate should have an experience of 1-2 years as a support staff.
• Should be having a good Communication Skills
• Should be having experience in tally.
• Having Good working knowledge on MS-Office (word & excel) and mail Transactions.
• Should have sincerity towards work.
• Should be having a good learning attitude
• Daily Ledger - Payables, Receivables
• Track Supply order execution and vendor Supplied.
• Preparation of Reports and tracking purchase sales using MS Excel.
• Payment follow-up and collection follow-up.
• Depositing of Petty cash management.
• Managing Admin and Finance related work
• Daily MIS Preparation, including GIS Based data Management
• Accounts, Data Entry, Verification and Document Management.
• Complain Handling & Coordination with Operation Team & Office Management
