Job description:

This role involves handling day to day accounting, helps in driving the monthly financial closing and implement process within the accounting team. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to details, ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Job Skills:

1. Identify and work to execute / implement process simplification, standardization or automation
2. Responsible for data entry, processing & payments of vendor bills / invoices as per request & proper approvals Calculating, reviewing and analyses of financial information relating with accounts payable
3. Knowledge of invoicing & workflow for processing and reconciliation of invoices
4. Handling & maintaining petty cash; Provide analysis for monthly activity for petty cash & expense activity
5. Reconciliation: Ledger accounts, TDS payments, Bank statement, Card statements etc 
6. Completion of the work on given deadlines with zero errors in processing
7. Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of annual statutory financial statements
8. Assist in maintaining internal financial controls

Preferable Candidates:

1. Sound knowledge of Online banking ( NEFT, RTGS etc)
2. Strong understanding of basic book keeping & accounting principles 
3. Should have basic knowledge of TDS on various nature of expenses
4. Good English written and verbal communication skills required
5. Team player, have ability to work independently and should be a self starter
6. Good time management skills, ability to priorities and multitask
7. Extensive knowledge and use of Excel
8. Must have highest level of integrity
9. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in performing all essential duties
10. Experience with global financial systems preferred i.e. Net Suite
