CTC: INR 1,00,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.

Job Profile:

• Managing Complete Payroll and processing salary for more than 2500 Employees
• Monthly Salary processing, Generation of payroll related reports to the management.
• Acquiring Joining Details and collecting the required documents and coordinating with the bank representative for opening of bank account for new employees.
• Working on SAP Payroll Software for payroll processing.
• Responsible for functioning of Payroll cycle, co-coordinating with the HR, Site HR and Branches for attendance inputs.
• Responsible for calculation of payroll in Excel and processing the same in Payroll Software.
• Reconciling the payroll output with the payroll input.
• Responsible to Compute & disburse wages & salaries, Deductions & other Payments.
• Processing Full and Final Settlement for exit cases.
• Reconciling statutory reports i.e. PF, ESIC, PT and coordinating with Finance Team for timely payment.
• Preparation of comprehensive report after Monthly Payout for management's reference containing details such as Mode of fund transfer, Net Pay etc.
• Managing Leave Management of all Employees.
• Preparation of HR Database related to New Joiners, Revisions, Leave Report 

Preferable candidate:

• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Mail merge etc.
• Familiar with email correspondence.
