Job Profile:

• The resource would be responsible to generate confirmed leads & passed on to the verifier who would verify and confirm the sale Ensure the portal / excel is updated with appropriate status.
• Should ensure minimum 8 c confirmed leads per day with a confirmed sale of 90%.
• Make 180 calls a day.
• Ensure a contact rate of > 85%
• Ensure a daily minimum sale of 8 policies (confirmed sales).

Preferable candidate:

• Having experience in selling motor insurance would be an added advantage.
• Should be sales oriented and assertive.
• Should be energetic and chirp.
• Should have worked in collections / sales in the earlier job.
• Should have good typing speed with Accuracy.
• Should have good working knowledge on MS-office.
• Should be fluent in Hindi and English if they know any other regional language would be an advantage.
