Profile:
- The resource would be responsible to generate confirmed leads & passed on to the verifier who would verify and confirm the sale Ensure the portal / excel is updated with appropriate status.
- Should ensure minimum 8 c confirmed leads per day with a confirmed sale of 90%.
- Make 180 calls a day.
- Ensure a contact rate of > 85%
- Ensure a daily minimum sale of 8 policies (confirmed sales).
Preferable
candidate:
- Having experience in selling motor insurance would be an added advantage.
- Should be sales oriented and assertive.
- Should be energetic and chirp.
- Should have worked in collections / sales in the earlier job.
- Should have good typing speed with Accuracy.
- Should have good working knowledge on MS-office.
- Should be fluent in Hindi and English if they know any other regional language would be an advantage.
