Job description:

Should be able to responsible for following up on all sales orders to ensure they are processed accurately within the financial software and the customer is sent their invoice on time.

Job Skills:

• Coordinate client emails, maintain follow up and pro-active communication to clients.
• Maintain data within the CRM (customer relationship management) software.
• To meet billing targets or metrics and work independently to improve the current process.

Preferable Candidate:

• Should have strong communication skills.
• Good command over MS office especially in MS Excel, word and Adobe etc.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
