Finance Job-Finance Officer (collections) in Fortis Healthcare for B.Com, CA, M.Com, MBA or PGDM-Finance @ Navi Mumbai

Qualification: B.Com, CA, M.Com, MBA/PGDM-Finance

Location: Navi Mumbai

CTC: INR 2,25,000 - 2,75,000 P.A.

Job Profile

• Debtors Aging Report Run From HIS (in Mid Night at end of the Month) IP & OP Prepared Outstanding Aging wise, company wise, and Type wise
• Updating all reference for TPA's and Corporate and forwarded the outstanding statement to them.
• MONTHLY REPORTS FOR DEBTORS RECEIVABLES (Receivables as required format at bangalore)
• Manual Bills for Corporate ( as per files Received) Bill Prepaired as per the rate fixed with the Corporates i.e. (Central Railway,BARC,AIR INDIA,ONGC,MPT,SBI,BOB etc.
• Every day follow up for payment with Corporates & TPA's. and where ever required to Visit in twice or thirce a week to corporate or tpa's
• Query calls from customer or personally came with the query resolved immediately.
• Query from TPA's and Corporates resolved immediately with the help of respective Department, and frequent visit to the Corporate or by telephonic conversation with TPA's by mails & fax to them immediately to convey the query reply.
• Co-coordinating with inter departments like Billing, MRD, Marketing, for official purpose
• Payment received from TPA's and Corporate by Cheque or NEFT or RTGS adjusted in excel sheet and HIS module respectively.
• Payment received from TPA's and Corporate by Cheque or NEFT or RTGS for other location immediately pass the information to them and ask them to pass the necessary entry in Intercompany location is required.
