Job Description:

• Human Capital, Busines Services, Finance and IT Communication: Provide ongoing editorial support including writing, editing, and content development to ensure that messages are well articulated and consistent with organisational goals and initiatives
• RMP communication support (North): Manage communications related to corporate and other events affecting employees (such as restructurings, fun events etc).
• Internal news portal: Strategic and content support for the employee portal
• Brand awareness/training: Conduct sessions with new joiners/different groups of staff to sensitise them to our brand identity

Basic skill sets:

• Large corporate work experience
• Excellent writing, editing skills
• Creative bend of mind
• Mature as all roles involve working/dealing with the senior most people in the firm

Special skills:

• Should be comfortable with writing speeches, newsletter articles, short messages for digital communication, blog entries
• Independent thinker and able communicator
• Confident and poised with the ability to communicate with the senior most leaders in the firm
• Multi tasking abilities are a must
• Aware of the recent trends in employee communications.
