Job Description for Finance and Administration Assistant:
- The main objective of this role include providing financial reports on a regular basis, annual statutory returns, VAT returns and overseeing the sales and purchase ledgers coupled with payroll.Key Functions:
- Produce and post routine and complex transactions relating to Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Cash Payments
- Personal and Business Tax Computations
- Manage VAT returns
- Timely and accurate contributions to the month-end accounts
- Monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts
- File corporation tax and annual returns
- Ad hoc duties as and when required
