• Inter departmental meetings towards goal of the divisions of Branded SBU
• Evaluating cost saving proposals received from F&D & discussing with marketing / purchase whenever necessary.
• Analysis & helping in decision making
• Costing
• Regular MIS
• Budgeted - Actual expenses
• Working Capital [Inventory / Receivables]
