Job Profile:
The Business Management Analyst will be supporting a global team that is responsible for the co-ordination and consolidation of business metrics and reports for Global Custody and Global Fund Services Operations. The existing teams are located in Luxembourg, UK, Dublin and Boston, with site reps based across the globe supporting Custody, Asset Servicing, Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Transfer Agency and Private Equity Fund Services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing site quantity, quality, risk and people metrics, investigating anomalies and summarizing variances and commentary.
- Collating, reviewing and summarizing client reporting.
- Provide support and analysis for workforce reporting including taxonomy, org charts and forecasting.
- Assisting with preparation of executive reports for senior management.
- Working with existing finance resource located in Mumbai to provide support for finance consolidation, review and analysis on expenses (including investment initiatives and productivity saves) for actuals, forecasting and budgets.
- Support management with adhoc analysis as and when required.
