Job description:

1. Responsible for preparation of Standalone financial statements for Astral
2. Review related party transactions to ensure correct entries in financial statements
3. Responsible for reconciliation of profit as per Ind-AS and IGAAP standards
4. Resolve queries of statutory auditors on financial statements; coordinate with Head Accounts and Lead 5.Accounts for the same
6. Responsible for preparation of segment reporting for consolidated financial statements
7.Responsible preparation and compilation of data for tax audit report
8. Responsible for preparation of tax audit report and resolving queries of tax auditors
9.Responsible preparation and compilation of data for transfer pricing audit report
10.Responsible for preparation of transfer pricing audit report and resolving queries of transfer pricing auditors
11.Responsible for preparation of monthly P&L
12.Responsible for preparation of Monthly Statement of Operational Data for assigned group companies and its submission to banks
13.Responsible for preparation and submission of assigned reports to concerned authorities after results/financials are published
14.Responsible for preparation, review, and analysis of block for fixed assets and other tasks as assigned
Preparation, review and analysis of Block for fixed assets and other relevant workings 
15.Responsible for preparation of draft IT Computation for advance tax planning
16.Liaison with auditors and tax consultants for finalization of income tax related statements
17.Responsible for preparation of reconciliation and other assigned tasks for Excise and Service tax audits
18 Any other tasks as assigned by reporting managers
