Job description:

1. EXCELLENT oral and written communication is a MUST 
2. Ability to mine information from primary sources such as search engines, social media and other industry-related sites 
3. Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent Excel skills; demonstrated analytical skills a plus
4. Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage through multiple tasks
5. Ability to document and communicate problem/resolution and information/action plans
6. Strong interpersonal skills required to interact with management, peers and other teams effectively.
