Job description:

1. Review and process purchase orders, invoices, payments, cash applications, and other expense charges.
2. Research and analyse various P&L and B/S variances.
3. Assist Managers in various close related activities, including accrual and accounts reconciliation.
4. Track and approve expenditure and ensure the compliance of Companys policies.
5. Responsible for maintaining cost centre and chart of accounts structures.
6. Review, approve, and input every operational accounting entries.
7. Involve with revenue, customer invoicing and collection.
8. Assist in sales tax preparation.
9. Perform other assignment and analysis as required.
10. Regularly updating QuickBooks by asserting entries in the same
11. Handling day to day activities of accounts like journal entries, sales entries, purchase entries, expense entries, payment entries, bank reconciliations.
12. Handling accounts payable & receivables, payroll
13. Preparing invoices, posting invoice & collecting Debts.
14. Preparation of P&L & Bank reconciliation, Petty cash etc.
15. Monthly salary and deduction as per Statutory Act.
16. Ensuring the compliance, TDS, VAT, CST and Service Tax
