Accounts Job 2016  eNyota Learning Pvt. Ltd recruitment notice for the post of Account Executive. Candidates should have passed B.Com – Commerce, M.Com - Commerce, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, CA from a recognized university with 0 to 2 years of experience in the IT industry in similar function.

Candidate should be able to assist with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements, accounts payable and accounts receivable, audit process and preparing reports for tax payments to various government authorities in coordination with Chartered Account.

Should be able to handle payroll processing including PF, ESI and other such salary structure components. Should have an understanding of Payroll processing related duties as well including salary structure, PF, ESI and other such salary structure components

Job description:

Candidate should be able to assist with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements, accounts payable and accounts receivable, audit process and preparing reports for tax payments to various government authorities in coordination with Chartered Account.

Job skills:

1. Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT industry in similar function
2. Should have an understanding of tax related issues (TDS rates, Sales tax rates, VAT, etc.
3. Should have an understanding of Payroll processing related duties as well including salary structure, PF, ESI and other such salary structure components
4. Previous experience of general accounting preferred
5. Should be proficiency in using Tally version
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol
7. Should be able to communicate effectively (using both verbal and written English)
8. Should be able to prioritize work and work effectively and efficiently
