Job skills:

1. Responsible for preparing payments & various reports required by the management.
2. Reviewing procurement documents and invoices for accuracy.
3. Manage the filing, security of documents, organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
4. Preparing Monthly MIS Report, Stock Statement, monthly Income and Expenditure Report
5. Performs other related duties as assigned.
6. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement, debtors and creditors statement
7. Preparing VAT Statement and Computation of VAT
8. Maintaining Database of Tax Return and timely payment of TDS.
