Candidate should be able to manage existing client relationships on an on-going basis which entails managing the debt funding requirements of clients through the bouquet of products that the Company offers; thereby generating business volumes for the company.

Able to identifying potential new clients and conducting due diligence to underwrite credit risk.

Salary is INR 3,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A..

Qualification: MBA (From a top 20 College) or equivalent

Job Description:

1. Manage existing client relationships on an on-going basis which entails managing the debt funding requirements of clients through the bouquet of products that the Company offers; thereby generating business volumes for the company
2. Identifying potential new clients and conducting due diligence to underwrite credit risk
3. Tracking Financial and Operational Performance of clients on an on-going basis so as to be able to represent the client to internal and external parties
4. Aiding in the structuring and placement of structured finance products
5. Negotiating and executing structured finance transactions

Preferable Candidate:

1. Should have minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, equity research, credit research or corporate finance (Banks, NBFCs, Investment funds or rating agencies)
2. Strong financial Analysis Skills a must
3. Must be personable and presentable. Eloquence will be a bonus
4. Willingness to travel to remote rural locations to understand business and operating models of clients interest in financial inclusion
5. Experience of and ability to stretch oneself, work under pressure, handle multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
