Job description:

1. To ensure proper accounting of Day to day transactions and General ledger control 
2. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement 
3. Preparation of Cost Sheets and MIS Reports (Budgets, Plans) 
4. Preparation of Monthly Funds Flow Statements and Daily Cash Flow Statements 
5. Calculation of Depreciation 
6. Purchase bills processing and Payments 
7. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Control 
8. Preparation of Creditors Reconciliations and Debtors Reconciliations 
9. Preparing Trading, P&L Accounts
