Accounts job 2015- ITC Limited invites applications for the post of Accounts Executive for Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka location. Candidates should have passed B.Com, M.Com – Commerce, ICWA with 2 to 3 years of working experience in manufacturing set up. Also having work experience with NGOs set up will be an added advantage.

Selected candidates should be responsible for maintenance of books and accounts of the projects at the regional level. Would be responsible for all statutory compliances at the Unit and coordinating all sorts of audits internal and external. And also will be responsible for developing requisite SOPs in his area of operation. Wherein he / she has to take care of the necessary statutory requirements and payments follow-up.

Job description:

The incumbent: 

• Would be responsible for maintenance of books and accounts of the projects at the regional level.

• Would act as the finance interface to the Unit operational team.

• Would be responsible for all statutory compliances at the Unit.

• Will ensure implementation of Company's systems and policies at the Unit.

• Would be responsible for coordinating all sorts of audits internal and external.

• Will be responsible for developing requisite SOPs in his area of operation

• Business linkages related logistics is part of the role. Wherein he / she has to take care of the necessary statutory requirements and payments follow-up.

• Ensure all vouchers are prepared, authenticated and approved on time.

• Ensure implementation of prescribed accounting systems for partner NGOs..
