Job Description:

1. Verify and processing (making entries) expenses into the system. Like Courier , Electricity, Telephone, Photocopy, Conveyance, Printing bills, Travel & Hotel bills etc.
2. Verify and processing the income bills in to the system.
3. Responsible for prepare Service tax credit report.
4. Ledger scrutiny related works.
5. Send bills for authorization and responsible for collect that bills and submit for payment.
