Accounts & Finance  job 2015- Perennial Technologies Pvt. Ltd invites applications for the post of Accounts & Finance Executive for Pune, Maharashtra location. Candidates should have passed B.Com - Commerce, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Electrical, Mechanical, ICWA(CMA), M.Com – Commerce with 2 to 3 years of experience in Asset Accounting & Inventory. 

Able to create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms to maintain record of fixed asset accounting. Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary level account in the general ledger. 

Should be preparing monthly/quarterly MIS and reports for asset accounting and depreciation. Able to review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation. 

Number of post announced is one. Salary is INR  2,00,000 - 3,00,000 P.A. Eligible candidates may report to the interview on 23rd October - 24th October  at 10 AM

Job description:

1. Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms to maintain record of fixed asset accounting
2. Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system
3. Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed
4. Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary level account in the general ledger. 
5. Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets. 
6. Conduct periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets 
7. Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS and reports for asset accounting and depreciation.
8. Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation
9. Prepare physical audit schedules relating to fixed assets and assist the auditors in their inquiries.
