Candidates should have B.Com – Commerce & CA with 0 to 3 years of experience on different project financing structures in debt raise for infrastructure / power projects in India.

Dealing with Indian and Global Banks/Financial Institutions for support of project finance closure. Should do regular follow up with potential lenders on status on loan applications, documentation etc to facilitate debt closure. 

Should be able to perform financial analyses and debt scenario models for lender discussions using various methodologies including discounted cash flow and transaction comparable.

Number of post announced is one. Salary is INR 2,50,000 - 4,00,000 P.A

Job Description:

1. Support Project Finance lead and key management in securing Debt for Solar PV projects (Greenfield and Commissioned) 
2. Support in procuring term loan /project finance/re-finance for various solar projects SPVs of the Company 
3. Support in Making Project Reports and documentation to facilitate debt closure 
4. Closely dealing with Indian and Global Banks/Financial Institutions for support of project finance closure 
5. Regular follow up with potential lenders on status on loan applications, documentation etc to facilitate debt closure 
6. Perform financial analyses and debt scenario models for lender discussions using various methodologies including discounted cash flow and transaction comparable 
7. Support due diligence process on financial docs for any equity investments discussions in project SPV by Company 
8. Support in preparation of loan application packages and support in Investment committee packages 
9. Support in monitoring actual results vs project finance case..
