1. To Handle all Secretarial related work of Directors Office
2. Computer related correspondence like Letter Drafting, Prepare Monthly Status Sheet using excel, Presentations
3. Candidate should be fluent in English
4. Day to day accounting. Good knowledge of Tally and related accounting softwares.
5. Coordination with Clients, Branch offices & Other Offices
6. Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
7. Organizing and maintaining files and records
8. Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
