Job Description:

1. Reconcile various accounts, or reviewing reconciliations prepared by others, and promptly researching and  correcting any variances.
2. Provides advanced support in the areas of problem identification and resolution.
3. Assists with the training and mentoring of less experienced team members.
4. Uses advanced negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively resolve accounts.
5. Provides the highest level of customer service to internal and external clients to resolve accounts.
6. Manages data and process reporting and provides analysis for leadership reviews.
