Job description:

The incumbent will be responsible for the Accounts function including Accounts Receivable & Payables, to meet the financial and statutory reporting requirements and provide management with the financial results and analyses. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities. . 

Job skills:

1. Responsible for remittances and liaising with the banks to confirm their remittances
2. Responsible for compliances of all Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes and Payroll taxes
3. Responsible for Internal and Statutory Audit and liaison with them
4. Preparation of forecasts of company revenue, working capital, expenditure and return on investments
5. Prepare monthly financial statements as per the requirements of Indian GAAP / & IFRS/USGAAP
6. MIS and Reconciliations ; In charge of periodic MIS to Management on the Financial position.

Preferable Candidates:

1. CA / ICWA with 3+ years of experience of relevant experience
2. Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP,IFRS and understanding of USGAAP
3. Should have handled audits of entire financial statements
4. Working knowledge of MS office with exper¬¬¬tise in Excel
5. Strong analytical skills
6. Must be good with numbers
7. Self-starter with a proactive approach
8. Should be comfortable
9. Must be willing to work in a fast paced start-ups
10. Good communication skills along with interpersonal skills
