Determining the accounts payable position for making timely payments to creditors. Proven track record in maintaining records on vendor payments and outstanding.

The applicants should have Knowledge of bill passing with Good communication skills in English and Hindi is a MUST.

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana.

CTC: As per industry standards.

Qualification: B.Com-Commerce.

Job skills:

1. Monitoring the status of debtor balances and following up with them for payment recovery.
2. Determining the accounts payable position for making timely payments to creditors.
3. Passing all Bills for payment after proper scrutiny.
4. Monitoring vendor payments, preparing vendor outstanding statements etc
5. Credit card & branch control entries in tally
6. Any other additional responsibility as per the need of the organization.
7. Assisting the auditors during auditing the books of account.

Preferable Candidates:

1. A Degree / Masters in Commerce with 1-3 years of experience in any industry. 
2. Proven track record in maintaining records on vendor payments and outstanding.
3. Good Knowledge of bill passing 
4. Good communication skills in English and Hindi is a MUST. 
5. Knowledge of in accounts software is a added advantage.
