To update & maintain the books of account and other relevant records on daily basis, Petty Cash Book on day to day basis.

Able to handle cash receipts & payments, DD/Cheques & PDCs and deposit those on due date(s) as per laid policies;reconcile bank account on weekly & monthly basis.Must have knowledge in MS office: word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, Tally 9.4(VAT, service tax, TDS, payroll, ESIC, EPFO), E-filling, service tax return, VAT returns, Central Excise Return, Tds Return, PAN, TAN etc.

The salary will be INR 70,000 - 1,25,000 P.A .

Job skills:

1. To update & maintain the books of account and other relevant records on daily basis;
2. To maintain Petty Cash Book on day to day basis
3. To update accounting software on daily basis
4. To deduct proper Tax at Source wherever applicable (as per Income Tax/VAT/any other tax law as may be applicable); 
5. To handle cash receipts & payments;
6. To handle DD/Cheques & PDCs and deposit those on due date(s) as per laid policies;
7. To reconcile bank account on weekly & monthly basis;.
