Qualification: B.Com, LLB, CA, CS. Chartered Accountant or 1-2 years of experience post qualification, IFRS and LLB/CS will be an added advantage, preferably from the same industry.

Job Profile:

• To ensure day to day accounting, bill booking, ensuring the payments to vendors, payroll processing / management reports of the Company and compliance of statutory requirements.
• To participate in periodical finalization of the company's books and liaison with the auditors for the audit of the same.
• To participate in preparation of financial MIS and Balance sheet to get the same audited.
• Assisting in evaluation of new business initiatives and changes to the business through interaction with internal customers.
• Ensure the compliance to the various statutory compliances related to the Company i.e. Income Tax, Service Tax, VAT, TDS, The Companies Act related requirements.
• Bank reconciliation statements and liaison with the banks for various daily purposes.
• Monitoring of the funds & accordingly disbursing them.
• Monitoring and reconciliation of the debtors and collection status.
• Addressing and implementation of various day to day operational issues within the Company.
• Interacting with statutory and internal auditors and to address their queries / requirements.
• Ensure the compliances with various time to time corporate guidelines.
