Job Profile:

• Project wise filing & maintaining documents.
• Preparing letters as assigned or as required.
• Keeping record of dispatched documents.
• Follow up with architect/consultant for required documents.
• Execution and registration thereof in liaison with consultants & others.
• Submitting Letters / papers and N.O.C & arranged the same.
• Stamp Duty & Registration, Service Tax & VAT Calculations.
• Sale Booking and Document preparation and registration and handover Original document to customer.
• Possession Formalities of the Clients.
• Documentation related work for Loan Transfer
• Society correspondence and any complaint against give those answers via to the letters.
• Documentation related work for Flat Transfer.

Candidate Profile:

• Having good experience in Property market
• Should have a good experience in legal documents.
• Should be proficient in communication.
• Should be a well groomed individual with good presentation skills.
• Should have good writing skills.
• Should have knowledge about Stamp Duty & Registration, Service Tax & VAT calculations.
• Female candidates only
