Job Profile:
- Collect on past due invoices
- Maintain customer’s profile and portfolio effectively
- Provide update on accounts to the customer
- Complete ownership on individual portfolio of accounts
- Ability to make good number of calls to the customers to understand the reason for delinquency and collect the past due invoices
- Resolve customer issues and disputes
- Identify reason for short payments/deductions and resolve them
- Cover all the customers in the portfolio by calling and emails.
