Job Profile:

• Support Issue Management
• Analyzing Client Business Requirement during the project.
• Providing solutions to clients with financial knowledge and system knowledge.
• Coordinate with London office/Prime Brokers/ Fund Administrator in connection with the setting up of new connections for trade recon and file transfers.
• Maintaining user documentation in line with product developments
• Process documentation
• Proactively contribute to the AFS Support team and the achievement of its goals.
• SQL Knowledge is preferred. 
• Should be open to work in US / PST time zone (Night Shifts).
