Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable

Qualification: Commerce Graduates / Post Graduates (B.Com, MCOM, MBA)
 

Salary: As per Industry Standards

Location: Mohali

Job Profile:

• Should have team handing experience for 1 to 2 years, for the team size of 6 & more members.
• Processing all types of payments (Suppliers, TAX, employees, & import etc.).
• Co-ordination with different internal departments, bank and logistic for smooth processing of payment.
• MIS reporting to management.
• Fund Forecasting for IG and OG payments.
• Verification of supplier payable selected for payment.
• Proper accounting of overseas & domestic payments.
• Timely closer of BRS unreconciled transaction.
• Open items analysis to ensure timely payments to suppliers.

Skills Required:

• Oracle ERP experience is must.
• Understanding of end to end account payable process.
• Good in Excel
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good analytical, logical, problem solving and comprehension aptitude.
• Excellent customer service orientation
