Qualification: Should be a CA or MBA with 3-5 years of experience. 

Job Profile:

• Prepare and monitor FinnOne (Financial Accounting System) control reports
• Review & clearing of platform control accounts in FinnOne
• Ensure correctness of Trial balance vis-à-vis underlying voucher data and flow across months
• Reconciliation of loan level balances as per control dump with GL balances
• Follow up with IT / ops team to close control reconciliation items
• Ensure accounting template maintenance for all charge IDs and effective change management controls
• Identify process and reporting control improvement opportunities

Basic qualification:

• CISA qualification & work experience in BFSI domain will be preferred
• Analytical & Problem Solving skills
• Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers across business/ functions
• Should be a self-starter with excellent communication & interpersonal Skills
