Qualifications: Any Graduates with following skills:

• Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage. 
• Demonstrated analytical thinker and problem solver. 
• Detailed knowledge and proven experience building & maintaining relational databases (MS Access) and MIS tools (MS Excel) including pivot tables and macros will be added advantage. 
• Ability to articulate information and finding on Powerpoint presentation. 
• Experience in managing large volumes of data including importing, cleaning, comparing, and validating.
• Ability to understand/interpret data and build meaningful and intuitive reports. 
• Strong technical aptitude with proven technical proficiency across multiple platforms including SAS, Unix, PC and Mainframe will be an added advantage. 
• Must manage multiple tasks effectively and progress work in parallel. 
• Must be enthusiastic, self motivated and a team player. 

Shift Timings – 24*7 environment.

Experience: Minimum 3 years prior experience in an Analytics & MIS Role.

Job Profile:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering best in class reporting solutions for the Global New Accounts organisation.

Role activities :

• Develop and maintain standard and adhoc reports across the Global business function. • Establish infrastructure and processes to manage data and deliver reports & analysis that are accurate and timely
• Analyze and interpret data to provide meaningful insights and ability to present findings to our leadership team
• Collaborate with key partners to establish and enhance controls to systemically ensure data quality and integrity
• Establish clear expectations of deliverables and communicate this effectively to colleagues and partners.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate legacy manual data capture/reporting
