Job Profile:

Responsible to manage statutory audits; tax audits; internal audits of other South Asian Countries. Compliance's which is part of controller ship team is responsible to ensure that all regulatory compliance's are adhered of India entities.

This post is on 3rd Party pay roll working in Thomson Reuters for contract basis. Requirement from Potential Executive Resource would be:

• Industry experience in managing Company audits for atleast 2 years
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and notes to financial statements.
• Basic knowledge on tax, secretarial and regulatory matters
• Working knowledge of SAP will be preferable

Salary: As per Industry Standards

Working hours would be normally between 11 am to 8 pm.
